7-Day Return Window

You can return or exchange most items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

Items That Can't Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on opened food ingredients, edible colours, or any item marked "Non-Returnable" on its product page.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Go to My Orders in your dashboard and find the order.

2. Email us at support@gulgules.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Our team will confirm pickup details and next steps within 24–48 hours.

Exchanges

Want a different size, colour, or product instead? Let us know when you contact support — we'll ship the replacement once the original item is picked up and inspected.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no exchange fee.
