These terms apply whenever you browse, register on, or order from Gugulus. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them, so please read them through.
• You must give accurate details when registering, and keep them up to date from My Account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has used your account.
• We may deactivate an account that is used for fraudulent or abusive orders.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product photos are for illustration. Small differences in shade, finish or packaging can occur between batches.
• Stock is shown live, but an item can sell out between your adding it to the cart and placing the order. If that happens we will tell you before the order is confirmed.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted once we confirm it.
• We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Nothing is charged up front; you pay when the parcel arrives.
• We may decline or cancel an order that is clearly a pricing error, or where delivery to your address is not possible.
You can cancel an order yourself from My Orders or the tracking page at any time before it ships. Once it has shipped, a return is the route instead.
Returns are governed by our Returns & Exchanges and Refund policies, which form part of these terms.
• Coupons have their own minimum order value, expiry date and usage limit, all shown on the coupon.
• One coupon per order unless stated otherwise. We may withdraw an offer at any time, but never on an order already placed.
Reviews are moderated before they appear. Keep them about the product — we remove content that is abusive, misleading, or not yours to post.
The Gugulus name, logo, product photographs and site text belong to us. Please don't reuse them commercially without written permission.
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. Products are for their intended culinary or packaging use; follow any instructions supplied with them.
We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version in force is whichever is published here on the day you place your order.
